- Full Theater Productions - Rejoice! shows are all produced by Oluyinka Akinjiola, Artistic Director and Choreographer. We rent local venues, hire local lighting and sound technicians, stage managers, and work with volunteers
- Producing Emerging Choreographers - Oluyinka uses Rejoice to provide a platform for emerging choreographers to create new work and be produced. Important to her vision is showcasing the breadth of contemporary and African Diaspora dance, and providing access and opportunities for artists of underrepresented mediums.
- Artistic Collaborations - Every Rejoice! production features a local artist as a special guest, offering visibility for the artists, and opportunites for the artist(s) to collaborate with Rejoice
- Touring- Rejoice! travels around the region performing at festivals, conferences and community events
- Community Performance Ensemble - we engage the community in the choreographic and performance process. Rejoice provides the space, fund raises to cover costume and production costs, and prepares community members for the professional life of dancers
